Flexischools provides easy ordering and cashless payments for our school canteen.
All order fees and account top up charges are charged via the parent’s payment method.
Online orders - Parents have an order fee of $0.29 added to the order total. If you are not using existing account credit to make the payment, an additional surcharge applies, dependent on the payment method. This will be displayed at the time of making payment.
Account top ups incur a surcharge dependent on the payment method. Debit card top ups of $50 or more are surcharge free.

For step 3, enter your student's Student ID number into the Student Number field, then click Save (see images below). You can scroll to the bottom of that page and set a daily spending limit as well, if you would like.
It is important to distinguish between the Flexischools accounts (both parent and student) and our Student ID cards. Parents are responsible for adding funds to their Flexischools account, either manually or with automatic top up enabled.
Parents have the ability to set a Daily Flexischools spend limit per student. Student online ordering accounts do not have the ability to save payment information. Student ID cards are used only to link an over the counter purchase to the student's Flexischools account.
At no point will the Student ID Cards themselves hold any currency.
The first thing you should do is log into your Flexischools account and set the daily spend limit of your student to $0.05. Then, contact the Student Services Office to report the missing card.
Yes this is possible - which is why it is important for your child to report a lost card as soon as they notice it missing. However, your child's photograph will appear on the canteen POS terminal, which will help our canteen staff identify any misuse of the Student ID Cards.
Please contact the front office and ask to be put through to the canteen. Our canteen staff will be able to amend your order for the correct date.
If you have simply placed an incorrect order, please contact the school and ask to be put through to the canteen. Our canteen staff will be able to cancel the order, and the funds will be credited to your Flexischools account balance.
If you need your Flexischools balance to be returned to your card/bank account, you will need to contact Flexischools directly. Instructions can be found here.
Yes, students can still use their debit card.
No, mobile phone payment is no longer acceptible.
To view Student Card transactions, go into the “wallet” section on the app and select “transactions.” This will show the details of the transaction.
All online recess and lunch orders will need to be placed before 9:30am.
If you have missed the cutoff time, please contact the school for assistance.
If it is before the order cutoff time of 9:30am, you can cancel the order and the funds will be returned to your Flexischools account.
If it is after 9:30am, please contact the school canteen to arrange for the order to either be cancelled or moved to a future date.
